How long do GOLDNGRLS DIY lashes last?
With proper care, your lash look can last around one week, depending on your lifestyle and how you maintain them.
Are the lashes reusable?
Yes! Each cluster can be reused. Simply use our remover to gently swipe off the bond, then rinse and pat dry to remove any residual oil before your next wear.
Are the bond and seal safe for sensitive eyes?
Absolutely. Our formula was designed with customers who have sensitive eyes or allergies to lash extensions in mind, so you can enjoy your look without irritation.
Are your products cruelty-free or vegan?
Yes! — our products are cruelty-free, vegan, and proudly made in Canada.
What’s the difference between Pre-Glued Lashes and the Bond & Seal method?
Our Pre-Glued Lashes (aka Instant Fill) come with glue already applied to each cluster, making them perfect for anyone who wants to simplify their routine or for lash extension clients who want to hide gaps between fills. These typically last 3–5 days. The Bond & Seal method offers longer wear — usually around a week — with the seal adding waterproof protection for extended hold.
Which style do you recommend for beginners?
We recommend starting with our Pre-Glued Lashes for the quickest, easiest application.
How do I remove my DIY lashes safely?
We recommend only using GOLDNGRLS Remover to gently and effectively remove your DIY lashes without causing damage. Apply remover to the top and underside of your natural lashes and let it sit for up to 3 minutes. Your DIY lashes will slide off easily. Continue using the remover to melt away any remaining bond, and use a spoolie to brush through and remove leftover pieces.
How should I store my lash products?
Keep products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to maintain freshness and performance.

How do I book an appointment?
Please use our online booking site to schedule your appointment.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend pre-booking in advance to secure your ideal date and time.
Do you require deposits?
Deposits of $100 are only required for bridal party makeup bookings. Deposits can be sent to goldngrlsbeauty@gmail.com.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 25% fee of your scheduled service will be required. This fee must be sent to goldngrlsbeauty@gmail.com before booking any future appointments.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes — makeup artistry is the only service we currently offer on a mobile basis.
How should I prepare for my appointment?

Do you offer refunds for services?
We do not offer refunds for completed services. If for any reason you’re not happy with the outcome, please reach out to us — we’re happy to make adjustments or do touch-ups based on the situation.

How long does shipping take?
We use Canada Post flat rate expedited shipping, which typically arrives within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on products.
